1. Who we are
Jazz Games operates ScoreX. For anything about privacy, write to hello@jazzgames.net.
2. Information we collect
- Device identifier. An anonymous device UUID we generate and keep on your device, so preferences and purchases survive a reinstall.
- What you follow. The clubs, players, leagues and matches you follow are stored on your device. When you allow notifications, the corresponding topics are registered with Apple's and Google's push services so we can send an alert — the list itself is not tied to a name or an account.
- Live Activity tokens. Putting a match on your Lock Screen creates a token that identifies that one activity on that one phone. We keep it only while the match is in play, and delete it when the match ends or you stop tracking it.
- Purchase & subscription data. Processed by Apple and our subscription partner RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
- Diagnostics & usage. Crash reports and basic usage measurements through Firebase and Crashlytics, so we can tell a broken screen from an unpopular one.
- Advertising measurement. Only with your permission, an advertising identifier is used to measure whether a campaign worked. Declining the prompt costs you nothing in the app.
- Support messages. Whatever you send us when you get in touch.
3. How we use information
- To show scores, fixtures, lineups and tables, and to send the alerts you asked for.
- To keep a Lock Screen activity current while a match runs.
- To handle subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To measure reliability and diagnose faults.
- To answer support requests and enforce our terms.
- To meet legal obligations.
ScoreX reports sport. It is not a betting service, it gives no odds and no predictions, and nothing in it should be read as advice about a wager.
4. How we share information
With the service providers that make the app work: Google Firebase (messaging, diagnostics, configuration), Apple (push notifications and purchases), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Cloudflare (content delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
5. Where the scores come from
Match data is collected from publicly available sports feeds, stored on our own servers and served to every reader from there. Opening a fixture does not send anything about you upstream: the app reads a file, and the file is identical for everyone reading it.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Live Activity tokens are deleted at full time. You can clear everything the app has stored on your device from Settings, and you can ask us to delete what we hold by emailing the address above.
7. Children
ScoreX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. International transfers
Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the country you are in.
9. Your choices and rights
You can turn notifications off, decline the tracking prompt, limit your advertising identifier, stop following anything at any time, clear local data from Settings, or uninstall the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
