Terms of Use

A. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Jazz Games covering the ScoreX mobile application. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If we change them materially we will say so in the app, and continuing to use it means you accept the change.

B. Age

You must be at least 13. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian should review these terms and install the app for you; a parent who accepts on a child's behalf agrees to all of it.

C. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own.

D. Restrictions

You may not rent, sell, lease or sublicense the app; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it; interfere with its security; scrape or redistribute the data it displays; or use it unlawfully.

E. Scores are reported, not guaranteed

Scores, times, lineups and tables come from third-party sports feeds. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a live score in particular is a best effort rather than an official record. Nothing in ScoreX is betting advice, and you should not rely on it to settle anything that matters — the competition's own official result is the one that counts.

F. Purchases and subscriptions

Payment is handled by Apple, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds follow Apple's policy; in the EU, the right to withdraw is limited once delivery of digital content has begun with your consent.

G. Updates and access

Features may be added, changed or removed. The app needs a network connection and may require an update to keep working. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or OS version.

H. Your content

Anything you send us — a support message, for example — you must have the right to send. You give us the licence we need to process it in order to operate and improve the app.

I. Intellectual property

We own the app's design, software and branding. Club names, crests and competition marks belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the match being reported. Using the ScoreX name or marks without permission is prohibited.

J. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services with terms of their own. We are not responsible for external sites or content.

K. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may not meet your expectations.

L. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

M. Termination

These terms end automatically if you do not comply with them. We may suspend access at any time. On termination you must delete your copies of the app.

N. Governing law

The law of Jazz Games's principal place of business applies, except where mandatory consumer protections in your own country say otherwise.
